•Single or multi let properties - retail, industrial or offices

 

•All lease events and their statuses

 

•Transactions and analyses including Zone A devaluations

 

 

The module is used by a wide range of companies for

 

•Comparable Evidence

 

•Asset Management

 

•Lease/Terrier tracking

 

From it you can produce comparable reports, dashboards, maps and charts.
