To look for property records, use the "Property Search" link on the left hand side menu.
This will bring up a search screen where you can enter in your criteria. Then press the "Do Search" button.
To view the full record for a property, there are two ways of doing it. Users with larger monitors can enable a split screen view in which the full record is shown in the right hand side of the screen. To do this, press the "Details" button on the toolbar.
The other way is to double-click the record you want to see. Normally this is the easier option.
