If you regularly use word mail merge templates, you should store the most frequently used ones in PD's list.

 

To do this, when you do a Mail Merge to Word, choose the 4th option in the list below and then press "Add Template". Navigate to the document (usually a .dot or .dotx file) and select it.

 

The template will now be available whenever you do a mail merge.
