Remember from the diagram below that Outlook is showing both personal and business contacts, but they are stored in different places:

This means when you double-click on a contact in Outlook, what you see will change depending on whether they are business or personal.

 

Personal Contacts will continue to be displayed in the traditional Outlook form:

But when you double-click on a business contact, the PD contact form for business contacts will be shown (there's sometimes a slight flicker when this happens)
