Property Desktop allows you to record the response status of each contact in a mailshot. For many mailings this won't be required, but for some, like organising a social event, it can be very useful

 

There are two ways you can set the response status for a contact.

 

The first is via the Mailshots screen, where you can see all contacts' responses in a list form and change them as required.

You can change all responses in one go using the "Change Responses" button. (You can use thi in conjunction with filters so only a subset get updated.)

 

You can also change a response status from the contact's own record page. There is a tab for each contact called "Mailings", where you can not only see all mailings they were included in, but what their responses were. You can updates these responses as needed.
