One of the challenges of any contact system is knowing how reliable and up to date the information is.
PD tries to give you some assistance in this. Whenever a contact is updated, a datestamp is added to the record saying when and who did the update. This is visible in the lower right of the contact record page.
There is also a button that you can press if you have reviewed the contact information without needing to make changes and it is up to date.
Any contacts that have not been checked or updated for at least 12 months will have a question mark symbol against them in the search results.
