Property Module

A powerful, multi-purpose property database with support for lease tracking, mapping and dashboards. For Retail specialists it also includes an extensive and powerful devaluation model for analysing retail space on a zoned or overall basis. The property database has been extensively used and refined for portfolios of up to £1bn of capital value, but is just as suitable for smaller agencies and firms who simply need a straightforward, easy to use but extensive system for recording all their property details.

Contact management specifically designed for the property sector, with the ability to track relationships between companies and their retained agents. You can build and track mailings using either traditional mail merge to Microsoft Word or send automated emails with attachments. You can optionally also record current space requirements for any company. An Outlook Addin allows easy transfer of data between your email client, mobile phone and your contacts system.

Job Tracking

Finally get visibility on what your team is doing by using our job tracking module. Record who's doing what for who, what the estimated fee is and when that fee is due.
